Welcome to Nest Ninja. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nest Ninja website and services. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Nest Ninja​

Nest Ninja is a home services coordination platform that connects customers with independent service professionals for residential and commercial services, including but not limited to cleaning, moving, junk removal, handyman services, landscaping, and other related services.

Nest Ninja may perform services directly or coordinate services through independent contractors.

2. Service Requests and Quotes​

​

When you submit a request through our website, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied.

  • Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from the information initially provided.

Nest Ninja reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.

3. Independent Contractors​

​

Nest Ninja may engage independent contractors or third-party service providers to perform services.

By requesting services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Service providers may be independent contractors.

  • Nest Ninja may coordinate scheduling and communication.

  • Contractors are responsible for completing the services requested.

Nest Ninja does not guarantee the availability of specific contractors.

4. Scheduling​

Service times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • traffic

  • weather

  • Prior job delays

  • unforeseen circumstances

Nest Ninja will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointments, but does not guarantee exact arrival times.

5. Customer Responsibilities​

​

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate property details

  • ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location

  • secure pets and hazardous materials

  • remove valuable or fragile items before service

Nest Ninja is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.

6. Payment Terms​

​

Payment may be required before, during, or after service, depending on the job.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards and other online payment systems.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe.

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with requested services.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or collection action.

7. Cancellation Policy​

Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments.

However:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee

  • Missed appointments may result in service charges

Nest Ninja reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

8. Property Damage​

​

Customers must report any damage claims within 48 hours of service completion.

Nest Ninja will review claims and may work with service providers to resolve issues when appropriate.

Nest Ninja is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • damage resulting from unsafe property conditions

  • damage caused by inaccurate job descriptions

9. Limitation of Liability​

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nest Ninja shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • lost profits

  • loss of property value

Total liability related to any service shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

10. Website Use​

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • submit false or misleading information

Nest Ninja reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access if misuse occurs.

11. Intellectual Property​

All website content, branding, graphics, and trademarks related to Nest Ninja are the property of Nest Ninja and may not be copied or used without permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Arizona.

15. Non-Circumvention Policy

​

Nest Ninja connects customers with service professionals through our platform. By booking services through Nest Ninja, customers agree not to bypass, solicit, or directly hire service providers introduced through Nest Ninja outside of the Nest Ninja platform.

Customers agree that they will not:

  • Hire or attempt to hire Nest Ninja service professionals directly outside the platform

  • Request services from Nest Ninja providers without booking through Nest Ninja

  • attempt to avoid service fees by engaging providers privately

This restriction applies for a period of 12 months from the date of the first service performed.

If a customer directly hires a service professional introduced through Nest Ninja outside of the platform during this period, Nest Ninja reserves the right to charge a referral or placement fee equivalent to the value of the service or applicable service fees.
